Cox Design and Consult were appointed to carry out the building works for a commercial extension on their office and warehouse, located in Newmarket.
CDP became involved with the whole building process from start to finish, using a design and build procurement; from the initial site surveys, designs and gaining planning, through to costing the works, construction and handover. We worked closely with the client in order to attend to their needs. The project consisted of an extension to allow more useable space in the office, and a new sample room to accommodate storage needs. It also included two new meeting rooms on the first floor with a server/photocopier room.
We set to work our trusted professional team of contractors and suppliers to achieve the best value for money while reaching the desired high quality within the set time frame. A CDP site agent was positioned on site during the whole process to supervise and manage the project.
CDP attended a number of pre-construction and site meetings liaising with structural engineers, contractors and the client to gain the best possible results.
