Cox Design and Consult Ltd were appointed by Engie to carry out a full condition survey of the newly constructed above-mentioned premises.
The Schedule was prepared to record the overall building fabric condition of the premises at the commencement of handover form Canary Wharf Contractors. The newly finished station consists of multiple floors.
The upper floors which accommodate various leisure, retail and commercial outlets and roof top garden are not included in this survey. This survey covered floors from -1 to -6 and all surronding areas including the flood relief causeways.
