We can deliver a wide range of surveying services from dimensional building surveys to topographical land surveys – take a look at our services below and see what we can do for you…

Surveying…

Our surveying team is here to help you understand your property assets; and ensure that your property portfolio is performing as it should.

Our qualified surveyors undertake a full spectrum of surveying services including measured building surveys, topographical land surveys, sense checks, as built surveys, feasibility/acquisition surveys, elevation surveys, land registry title plans, licensing plans, site inspections and condition surveys.

We can provide stand-alone contracts for individual disciplines, or assemble a package of integrated services that plan and monitor the complete management of your property.

Many new projects will require a full measured survey of the existing property. This survey provides us with a thorough understanding of the existing property including: its size and shape, the materials used in its construction and the proximity of any trees and neighbouring buildings. Along with photographs of the building this information will aid us in developing your ideas while away from site and producing detailed CAD drawings of your property.

Measured Building Surveys

Measured building surveys – large or small are carried out by our team to provide our clients with detailed drawings. These surveys are drawn on CAD software by our specialists and provide our clients with a detailed plan of their property – we also plot plans at any scale required.

The intended use for the completed survey will ultimately dictate the level of survey and accuracy required. Our team can provide measured surveys on the following levels:

  • Un-connected survey would be used for purposes such as determining of lettable areas on a room-by-room basis.
  • Semi-connected survey would be used for purposes such as internal refurbishment without major structural alterations.
  • Fully connected survey would be used where the precise relationship between different parts of the building is required, such as major structural alterations. Only by this method can a vertical relationship between elements of the structure be determined.
